The one billion dollar opportunity

During the next several years, the upper Roaring Fork Valley will invest well over one billion dollars  in infrastructure projects that will define the functioning of the valley for decades to come.

How could the upper valley function better in 2060 than it does today?

Pitkin County, the City of Aspen, Snowmass Village, RFTA, CDOT and architectural design teams of the Lumberyard and Airport, Entrance to Aspen and Snowmass Transit Center would build closer work relationships and foster collaboration? And, what if this collaborative, whole systems planning process would approach it like a chess game, where it is all about analyzing the situation, finding ideas and making sure that all the pieces can move in harmony?
